are crafted with the best
quality hardware and
materials.
Any SPECIAL ORDERS
MUST REALIZE that if I don't
carry the specific materials I
will find the best to match. I
will do my best to design the
product you requested. I
DON'T guarantee any
special orders do to I am not
familiar with the fabrics and
or materials.
Hand crafted products need
to be taken care of properly
to ensure future use.
Items are all hand crafted
and machine quilted. If for
any reason when you
receive the item and the
stitching seems
undone/loose please send
the item back to us ( you pay
shipping charges ) and we
will be glad to fix the item. (
MUST BE RETURNED
WITHIN 7 DAYS OF
RECEIVING ITEM )
Collars and leashes are
made with quality and
specialty fabric. We do not
guarantee any of the
following:
1. Fabric fraying, stitching
coming un-done or looped
do to your pets scratching or
rubbing of the items.
2. Products coming apart
from washing them
improperly.
3. Buckles breaking from
pets chewing them or
improper use.
4. Any product coming apart
do to pets destruction to the
items.
5. Wear and tear on any item.
6. Any improper use of any
items will not be refunded or
fixed.
7. Clasps/ or any Hardware
breaking from being used
improperly.
If for any reason you are not
completely satisfied with
your item(s) you purchase
from us please return the
un-used item within 7 days
of receiving the item. You will
be refunded product price
and will be charged a 20%
for restocking and
processing on normal fabric
made material and 25% on
designer inspired material
due to we cannot remake or
resell the item also you will
not be refunded for shipping
to or from pretty pet.
Products must not be used
to get a refund, unless other
arrangements have been
made with Pretty Pet.
